1. Service Description

Starpio ("we", "us", "Starpio Inc.") provides an AI-powered review management and response platform for local businesses. Starpio also generates personalized report pages ("Reports") built from publicly available information about businesses we have not yet worked with, as part of our outreach process. By creating an account, claiming a Report, or otherwise using Starpio, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Account Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to represent the business you connect to Starpio. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

3. Reports and Public Business Data

Starpio compiles Reports from publicly available sources, including Google's Places API and publicly visible Google reviews, to show a business its review performance relative to nearby competitors. A Report does not require your consent to create, is not published for the general public to browse, and is intended for the business it describes. A business that finds a Report inaccurate, or that wants it taken down, can contact support@starpio.com and we will correct or remove it.

4. Platform Connections

When you connect or "claim" your Google Business Profile via Google Sign-In, you authorize Starpio to read reviews and post responses on your behalf using the business.manage scope. You retain full ownership of your business profile and may revoke Starpio's access at any time from your Google Account settings, which immediately stops further access.

5. AI-Generated Content

Starpio uses AI (Anthropic's Claude) to draft review responses. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publishing and ensuring it complies with applicable laws and platform terms. Nothing is posted to your Google Business Profile without your approval.

6. Subscription and Billing

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period.
You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Refunds are available within 90 days under our money-back guarantee if you do not see measurable improvement in your review response rate.

7. Acceptable Use

You may not use Starpio to post false, defamatory, or misleading review responses, or to violate any platform's terms of service. Starpio reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

Starpio is provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific improvements in star ratings or business outcomes, and we do not guarantee the accuracy of publicly sourced data shown in a Report. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months prior to any claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms and will notify account holders by email at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
